In our workshop, we know that chocolate is a complex and noble ingredient at the same time, so "know-how" is essential to master the techniques of molding, filling, dipping and decorating. The chocolate is a fragile product and vulnerable to all types of alterations, which is why as artisans we take care of every detail, the entire process until its conservation.


Even having incorporated new machinery and technology in recent years, we continue in a constant process and evolution to consolidate the experience of our artisans and transfer the result to our clients.

The elaboration of our creations continues to be carried out in our workshop in Barcelona, ​​respecting tradition and incorporating the advantages of today.
