I was a bit bored of the usual nougats and this nougat brought something new to the table, with its cinnamon and lemon flavour. It attracted the curious, who were not indifferent.
Tasty and with a very good texture.

This mousse retains all the flavour of Jijona nougat but with a much softer and smoother texture. It has been a real discovery, and I will make it again.
