We recommend storing the nougat in a cool (16ºC) and dry place, away from direct heat sources. A basement or wine cellar are possible solutions, as long as you leave the products in their original packaging and tightly closed.

Keep in mind that nougat should be enjoyed at about 20ºC, this helps its flavors develop.

Turrón Yema Quemada is a traditional Spanish sweet, ideal for Christmas celebrations. It is made from egg yolks, sugar, crushed almonds and a final layer of burnt sugar. The process begins with mixing the yolks with the sugar, to which the almonds are added. Afterwards, it is poured into moulds and left to cool. Finally, a layer of sugar is caramelised on top, giving it its characteristic crunchy touch. The result is a soft nougat on the inside with a golden, crunchy layer that makes it irresistible.
