Welcome to Bombonería Pons , a family-owned business that has been sweetening the hearts of generations since 1960. Today, I am proud to share with you the story behind this business that has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember.

My grandparents, Juana and Enrique , were the pioneers of this sweet adventure. They started out as small producers of chocolates, nougats and panellets in their humble workshop, located in the heart of our city, Barcelona. With a lot of effort and dedication, they managed to build a solid reputation thanks to the quality of their products and the love they put into each one of them.

I remember as a child, accompanying my grandparents to the workshop and watching in fascination as they transformed the simplest ingredients into true works of art . The aroma of freshly melted chocolate and my grandmother's expert hands molding each bonbon were a spectacle that completely captivated me. Those moments were the foundation of my love for this business.

The evolution of Bombonería Pons

As the years went by, Bombonería Pons grew and adapted to the times. My parents, Sofía and Javier , took over the reins of the business and gave it their own stamp. They expanded the range of products, incorporating new recipes and production techniques, without ever losing the artisanal essence that characterized the brand.

I fondly remember how my mother went out of her way to find the best suppliers of raw materials, always seeking the freshest and highest quality ingredients. And my father, with his entrepreneurial spirit , was responsible for expanding the company's horizons, opening new stores and forging strategic alliances.

Together, they managed to consolidate Bombonería Pons as one of the most recognized and appreciated brands in our region. But the most important thing is that they never forgot the values ​​that my grandparents had established: the passion for what they do, the commitment to quality and the care that is put into each of our products.

Today, as a proud member of the third generation of the Pons family, I feel honored to be part of this sweet story. I see in each of our products the effort and passion of my grandparents, parents and the entire team that has contributed to building this legacy.
