Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 80 g of chopped chicharrones
- 60 g of sugar
- 50 g of soaked pine nuts
- 1 beaten egg

Step-by-Step Instructions
- Unroll the pastry and place half of the chicharrones and sugar in the center.
- Fold one side over, add the remaining filling, and fold again. Press gently with a rolling pin.
- Brush with egg, top with pine nuts and sprinkle more sugar.
- Bake at 180 °C (356 °F) for about 15 minutes until golden and crispy.
